It’s officially SOUP SEASON, and this one works!
If you like a good Reuben sandwich, you might like this soup.
Listener Rachel suggested this and sent a recipe, so I gave it a go, and it turned out so good. I’m not typically a soup guy, but wanted to try some this winter. This one is a keeper.
Like a good Reuben it’s got corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and rye bread croutons. And it’s a HEARTY soup and not one you’ll want to count the calories on…but so good.
