I was going to use them in a brussels sprout recipe I was going to make for Thanksgiving. I’m pretty sure now they’ll just be a regular holiday snack around my house!

This is the basic recipe I followed, with a couple of changes…
- I just used 10 ounces (all I had) of pecans, instead of a pound.
- As the recipe suggested, I mixed vanilla extract with the egg white instead of water.
- I used about 3/4 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar
Maybe the BEST thing about making them was how it made my kitchen smell like the holidays…so good!
